Any one of the following (must be within 1 year old):
- Nationalized or private bank passbook
- Electricity bill
- Telephone bill
Birth Proof
- Birth certificate OR
- School or college leaving certificate
Photo ID Proof
- PAN Card OR
- Aadhaar Card
Education Proof
- SSC or HSC marksheet/pass certificate
For Degree Holders (ECNR):
- Degree certificate and last 3 years’ marksheets
If ECNR not applicable:
- Last 3 years’ Income Tax returns
Marriage Certificate
Mandatory for female applicants

- Original passports of both parents
- If parents are not legal guardians: One passport of the legal guardian
